Muay Thai superstar whom we have known as Buakaw Por Pramuk and now goes under his real name Sombat Banchamek. Yesterday confirmed during a press conference that he will be taking part in the first event of the Thai Fight 2012 on April 17th in Pattaya. He also stated that during the Thai Fight series he will be fighting under his former name Buakaw but without the reference to his former boxing camp Por Pramuk.
He dismissed suggestions made in the media that a 3th party was behind the break up between him and Por Pramuk. He stated further that “I don’t want to talk about my problems and will allow senior people to solve those”
Baukaw was flanked by several guards during his press conference which was held in Bangkok hotel, but rust back to Surin. “Now I’m staying with my family in Surin and feel very happy to be with them”
His fight on the 17th will be his first fight since the split up, after his scheduled fights in France and England last month were cancelled. Baukaw will be fighting the French man Mickael Cornubet
